GUERREIRO DO DIVINO AMOR: MAUSOLÉU SUPERFICCIONAL

Guerreiro do Divino Amor (1983) presents the solo exhibition Mausoléu Superficcional [Superfictional Mausoleum] in Sala 2 at Galeria Marilia Razuk from the 19th of August to the 7th of October, 2023. The show will include four films from the project Superficções [Superfictions], each with a specific location as its protagonist: SuperRio, 2015 (Rio de Janeiro), Supercomplexo Metropolitano Expandido [Expanded Metropolitan Supercomplex], 2018 (São Paulo), Cristalização de Brasília [Crystalization of Brasilia], 2019 (Brasilia), and O Mundo Mineral [The Mineral World], 2020 (Minas Gerais). The fifth and most recent film in the project — unreleased in Brazil — O Milagre de Helvétia [The Miracle of Helvetia], 2022 (Switzerland), will be exhibited only once, during the opening, on the 19th of August.

Guerreiro do Divino Amor has been selected to represent the Swiss Pavilion at the Venice Bienalle 2024, with O Milagre de Helvétia being part of the project the artist will exhibit there.
